DELIVERY

We can ship your lovely parcel anywhere in the UK!

Our Standard Delivery for all orders is only £4.50 for postage and packaging.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - At present, we do not offer delivery to countries outside of the UK. We hope to provide this service in the near future - watch this space!

RETURNS

We‘re pretty sure you’re going to love your order from Quail+Days, but to give you peace of mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Please contact us here or by email hello@quailanddays.com and we will be happy to help arrange this.

Returned items must be sent unused and in the same condition it was sent out to you in, with any original tags still attached in order to be approved for a refund. Please keep hold of the packaging your order was sent in, so that it can be returned in the same way to prevent damage during transit. In order for a refund to be approved, the items must be sent back in their original, saleable condition.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not included in our refund policy.

Return shipping is at your own cost and we recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage - we are not liable for losses or damages in transit.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We always pack your orders with care, but if on the rare occasion an item arrives damaged or faulty, you will be offered a replacement or full refund. Please contact us here with or by email hello@quailanddays.com within 5 days of your order arriving.

We only reimburse any postage costs if the product is found to be faulty or damaged.
